Common installation issues

If the Android APK fails to download, try clearing your browser cache and trying again. If installation gets stuck, restart your phone and re-open the APK file. If your phone blocks the APK due to Google Play Protect, this is normal — Google scans unknown APK files for security. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If you see "Certificate error" on iOS, this usually means your device date and time are incorrect. Go to Settings → General → Date and Time and choose "Set Automatically". After fixing this, try accessing wonplay again in your browser.

If the app crashes after opening, force-close it (on Android, go to Settings → Apps → wonplay and tap Force Stop; on iOS, swipe up from the home screen and swipe the Safari window up).
