We will help you recover your account and investigate unauthorised activity.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are not refundable once they clear. If you deposit funds by mistake, contact our Help Center within two hours and we may be able to reverse the transaction. After two hours, the funds are treated as part of your account balance and subject to our terms.

We process withdrawals during business hours. mobile banking and e-wallet methods typically settle within a few hours. Bank transfers depend on your bank's settlement window and may take one to three business days. We do not charge withdrawal fees; your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

We reserve the right to request verification documents before processing a large withdrawal. This is standard anti-money-laundering practice. If your documents do not match your account information, we may hold the withdrawal pending clarification.

Betting and account activity

When you place a bet on wonplay — whether on Liga 1, a live-dealer game, a slot spin, or an esports match — your stake is deducted from your balance immediately. If you win, your payout is added to your balance. If you lose, the stake is forfeited. Bets cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

Balance
Your account funds on wonplay, used for deposits, bets, and withdrawals across all wonplay products.
Stake
The amount you wager on a single bet. Your stake is deducted from your balance when you confirm the bet.
Payout
The money wonplay sends you if your bet wins, calculated based on the odds and your stake.
Verification
The process where we confirm your identity using documents and other information before you can deposit or withdraw.

Our wonplay policies and dispute resolution

We at wonplay aim to handle all disputes fairly and transparently. If you believe we have made an error on your account (a missing payout, an incorrectly settled bet), contact our Help Center with details. Our team reviews your claim within five business days and responds with our findings. If we agree there was an error, we correct it and credit your account.

When we close an account, any remaining balance is held subject to local law and may be forfeited, refunded, or paid to relevant authorities as required.
